Toss in crockpot. Wake up next morning. Crack open a perfectly steamy, comforting potato for breakfast.  Who knew you could have baked potatoes for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • As many potatoes will fit in your crockpot.

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes and let them dry. Then wrap each potato in foil and place them in the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.

Ready in about 8 hours
Makes 1 potato = 1 serving
