Historically, there have been many reasons that people follow vegetarian diets. The reasons often include ethical, environmental, religious, and health concerns… but how does this affect your nutrition?

We recently had the privilege of attending the 6th International Congress on Vegetarian Nutrition (ICVN) at Loma Linda University. There we spoke with Claus Leitzmann Ph.D, an internationally recognized expert on nutrition. He was more than willing to answer our questions.
