Cashew Mayo

It’s hard to live without mayo. This light version can be used wherever you need mayo.


  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Use this recipe to replace any recipe calling for mayo.

Ready in about 2 minutes
Makes 10 servings
