Few things are lovelier or more refreshing than a salad of freshly cut fruit. The only way to make an already-great fruit salad better?  A drizzle of bright, lightly sweet lime-agave dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (omit if diabetic)
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 large mango, cubed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and agave nectar until well combined. Pour over the fruit and gently toss to combine.

Ready in about 15 minutes
Makes 4-6 servings
