Balanced, simple, delicious.  Try it on a sun-dried tomato, spinach, or regular whole-wheat flour tortilla!


  • 2 (12-inch) whole-grain tortillas
  • ½ cup Hummus
  • 1 packed cup cup spinach or kale
  • ½ cup tomato, diced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cucumber, sliced


  • Microwave the tortilla for a few seconds to make it pliable. Spread the hummus over the tortilla, then layer on the assorted vegetables. Wrap the tortilla like a burrito and enjoy.

Ready in about 15 minutes
Makes 2 wraps
