Broccoli and Cheeze Loaded Baked Potato

This is a quick recipe that will leave a hungry stomach satisfied. It contains everything you need, carbs to keep you full, delicious and healthy vegetables, and tasty cream sauces.  Use our recipes for healthy, homemade vegan nacho cheese and vegan sour cream.

1 pre-baked Yukon Gold potato (per serving)
½ - 1 cup steamed broccoli
¼ cup black olives
¼ cup tomato, diced
2 tablespoons vegan cheeze sauce
1 tablespoon vegan sour cream
½ cup cucumber, diced (optional)
1 green onion, chopped (optional)


  1. Take a baked potato and slice it into quarters.
  2. Fill the potato with the vegetables and top with cheeze sauce and sour cream.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
