Hi Aryin, you are correct that Jell-O isn’t a health food. The idea behind the recipe is that you can create a drink that has the same flavor as egg-nog without the raw egg, milk/cream and alcohol. It is meant to be a treat, and it is a small amount of Jello-O used for the whole. People can choose whether or not they want to make it. But I’ll see what I can do to keep trying to recreate the recipe!
