Nut Gravy

This is a very simple and quick nut-based gravy, which can be used in numerous recipes. It is also very easy to adapt to different recipes/uses.

2 cups water
½ cup raw cashews Brazil nuts
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon chicken flavored seasoning (McKay's) Any vegan chicken or beef seasoning


  1. Combine the water, cashews, corn starch and vegan chicken seasoning in the high-speed blender
  2. Blend until smooth consistency
  3. Pour into a saucepan and cook on medium to low heat until desired thickness. Add water if it gets too thick.
