This is a very simple and quick nut-based gravy, which can be used in numerous recipes. It is also very easy to adapt to different recipes/uses.
|½||cup||raw cashews||Brazil nuts|
|1||tablespoon||chicken flavored seasoning (McKay's)||Any vegan chicken or beef seasoning|
- Combine the water, cashews, corn starch and vegan chicken seasoning in the high-speed blender
- Blend until smooth consistency
- Pour into a saucepan and cook on medium to low heat until desired thickness. Add water if it gets too thick.
