  1. i would like to take this discount course, but your fresh information video keep skipping, it’s is stoping after every other word. I’m not having a problem with any other videos.

    1. Is it this specific video that is skipping for you or a different one? What operating system and browser are you using? Windows or Mac? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or another browser?

    1. It could be that the video is still downloading and the video is playing quicker than it is downloading. Try pausing the video and waiting for a while. Or perhaps try toggling the HD video option by clicking the “HD” button on the video. Let me know if this works!

  2. I just completed your online course. It was excellent and so very helpful. Thank you! I am taking it as a continuing education course for work and I just need a certificate of completion. No Ceu’s needed. Can you provide me with this. Thank you. A simple paper stating the name of this course as an online instructional video.

The name on the certificate will be pulled from the database of each user, so make sure to update your name to reflect correct first and last name.
