A delicious dairy-free ice cream! Sure to please everyone on a hot summer day. Additional flavors coming soon!


  • 3 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ cup raw cashews
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (alcohol free)
  • pinch of salt


  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well until there are no chunks.
  • Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow manufactures instructions.

Ready in about 5 minutes
Makes 2-4 servings
