- 3 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 ½ cup raw cashews
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (alcohol free)
- pinch of salt
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well until there are no chunks.
- Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow manufactures instructions.
Ready in about 5 minutes
Makes 2-4 servings
