Nothing says Christmas more than being snuggled up in a blanket next to the fireplace drinking a glass of eggnog – or in this case, an even-better-than-eggnog!


  • 4 cups almond milk, original flavor
  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • 4 tablespoons Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding powder (vegan)
  • ¾ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt


  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Ready in about 5 minutes
Makes 4 servings

  1. Healthy? I don’t think so. You’ve used Unhealthy “Junk food”, that is packaged, processed, loaded with sugar, sodium, preservatives and artificial flavor and color. Hello?

    • Hi Aryin, you are correct that Jell-O isn’t a health food. The idea behind the recipe is that you can create a drink that has the same flavor as egg-nog without the raw egg, milk/cream and alcohol. It is meant to be a treat, and it is a small amount of Jello-O used for the whole. People can choose whether or not they want to make it. But I’ll see what I can do to keep trying to recreate the recipe!
