I don't know how this might change your opinion about us but…some of us have this for an indulgent breakfast.  


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa or carob powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • almond slivers, for garnish (optional)
  • berries, for garnish (optional)


  • In a small food processor, blend all ingredients except garnish together until you achieve a creamy consistency. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and garnish with almonds.
