Bananas have an intrinsic sweetness, creaminess, and binding quality that makes it a perfect medium for a healthy dessert. This is a real crowd pleaser–one you can't really go wrong with–so get a little creative with toppings!


  • bananas
  • your choice of: agave nectar, melted chocolate, nut butter, crushed nuts, sunflower seeds, granola, coconut shavings, cacao nibs, peanut butter chips, dry cereal


  • Skewer bananas on popsicle sticks (optional) and coat them with agave nectar. Sprinkle on toppings. Place on tray and freeze.
