Hummus Wrap

Balanced, simple, delicious.  Try it on a sun-dried tomato, spinach, or regular whole-wheat flour tortilla!

2 (12-inch) whole-grain tortillas
½ cup Hummus
1 packed cup cup spinach or kale
½ cup tomato, diced
½ avocado, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced


  1. Microwave the tortilla for a few seconds to make it pliable. Spread the hummus over the tortilla, then layer on the assorted vegetables. Wrap the tortilla like a burrito and enjoy.
