Overnight Oats

This is one of my all time favorite ways to have oatmeal. Toss the ingredients together the night before and it’ll be ready to go in the morning.

“If man thinks about his physical or moral state he usually discovers that he is ill.” – Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

    1. Yes it’s optional. If you’re diabetic trying to reverse diabetes, you might want to skip even the agave for now but you can use it for sure.
