I’m trying to doing to meals a day to reduce my sugar number and become healthier. When you say one slice of toast or one cup of scrambled tofu, one cup of overnight oatmeal do you mean that’s all we have for breakfast or can we have oatmeal and toast or beans on toad with scrambled tofu? Shouldn’t we be making a hearty first meal? I’m trying to make a breakfast that doesn’t have me feel hungry in a couple hours. I’m waiting at least 5hours for next meal. I know this is a long question but I am really seeking answers. Thank you .
