Cashew Mayo

It's hard to live without mayo. This light version can be used wherever you need mayo.

 ½ cup raw cashews
 ½ cup water
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp onion powder
 3 tbsp lemon juice

  1. This mayo is ok. I can use it. Of course it’s not real mayo! That’s one thing I miss but we have left it off for now.
