The Plan(e)t-Based Diet?

Over the last few years, the connection between diet and the health of the planet has been a topic that has garnered quite a bit of interest. Clearly, some diets are healthier than others… but what are some trends? Are diets that benefit the planet also beneficial to us?

Samuel Soret, the Associate Dean for Public Health Practice at Loma Linda University, is an expert on this topic. He spoke to us about the connection between plant-based diets and the health of the planet—the facts he shared were so enlightening that we had to pass them along!
